Treasury Officer

About the Role:

A high-net-worth family office is looking for an experienced Treasury Officer to manage a complex network of accounts across multiple jurisdictions, including low-tax and offshore financial centers. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of banking relationships, international transactions, and treasury operations, with a strong ability to navigate compliance requirements across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage numerous corporate and private bank accounts across Europe, the US, and low-tax jurisdictions.
• Establish and maintain direct relationships with top-tier international banks while also working with banks in offshore and low-tax jurisdictions.
• Handle the full payment cycle, from contract preparation to execution.
• Work independently, ensuring smooth and compliant financial transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong banking relationships, leveraging an existing network of contacts where possible.
• Navigate complex compliance and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with financial, legal, and investment teams to optimize treasury operations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in banking, treasury, or payment solutions, ideally with exposure to startup environment with flexible approach and international financial structures.
• Strong understanding of offshore banking, low-tax jurisdictions, and international compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience managing direct relationships with international banks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, flexible environment without extensive legal or operational support.
• A strong network of banking contacts is a significant advantage.
• Calm, reliable, and highly adaptable, capable of managing high-value transactions in a structured manner.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Must be based in Limassol or open to relocating.
