Position:  Head of Marketing

Role Overview:

Lead the marketing efforts in a global FinTech company. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and enhance brand recognition. Your mission is to create innovative campaigns that attract new users and strengthen the company's market position. You will work on improving the company's image and driving growth using modern marketing tools and approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute winning marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and achieve campaign goals.
  • Lead & motivate the marketing team for high performance and collaborative success.
  • Track & optimize marketing performance across all channels using KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • Leverage data & analytics to identify trends, improve campaigns, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage & report on marketing activities demonstrating progress towards key objectives.
  • Oversee all marketing channels with a focus on engagement and return on investment.
  • Manage content creation & distribution across various platforms to maintain brand relevance.
  • Drive international market expansion through strategic initiatives and brand building.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
  • Manage event logistics for effective brand representation at conferences.
  • Maintain & update key marketing resources to ensure easy access to information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in a marketing leadership role, with at least 5 years of overall marketing experience, including international experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth within the FinTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and channels (email, social media, SEO, PPC), and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C audiences on an international level.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Data-driven decision-making with a strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge or Russian would be a plus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
