What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating compelling and well-targeted job descriptions that attract top talent.
• Actively sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for fintech and other business roles.
• Conducting in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the best hiring outcomes.
• Continuously improving recruitment processes using the latest tools and industry best practices.

Who You Are

• You have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to fintech roles.
• You’re fluent in Russian and English, able to communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
• You’re highly self-organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working directly with clients to tailor recruitment strategies.
• A strong track record in hiring fintech professionals, beyond general business roles.
• Hands-on experience with advanced recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
