Role Overview

Sales/Client Manager will play a key role in managing client relationships, onboarding new clients, and driving business growth. This position requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, excellent client management skills, and the ability to represent the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Crypto industry, with a proven track record in sales or business development.
  • Strong client management skills, with experience in onboarding and supporting clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively close deals and build trust.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for fintech and payment solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences, events, and client meetings.
  • Fluency in English and native-level Russian are required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Crypto industry.
  • Proven experience in client management, onboarding, and support.
