Our client is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in providing tailored payment solutions. Currently, they are expanding their services into the Forex market and are assembling a dedicated team to strengthen their presence in this sector.

Position: Sales Manager for PSP (Forex Market)

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager for PSP (Forex Market), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the full sales lifecycle for Forex merchants. This role requires expertise in the payment industry, deep knowledge of the Forex market, and strong sales acumen to develop lasting B2B partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full sales lifecycle, including market analysis, lead generation, outreach, client calls, negotiations, and contract signing, with a focus on driving revenue growth in the Forex market.
  • Develop and execute merchant acquisition strategies to target high-value Forex merchants, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Forex market, leveraging insights to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Build and nurture strategic merchant relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term collaboration.
  • Deliver customized payment solutions to Forex merchants, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique challenges and requirements.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and delivery of services for clients.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and refining strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales for Forex B2B merchants.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Russian.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Fintech and payment industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Remote, within Europe
