About the Client

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech company and a licensed payment provider with offices in Riga, Malta, the UK, and Barcelona. The Barcelona office is a key operational hub, hosting up to 20 employees, including C-level executives. With a dynamic and international team, they are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and support administrative tasks.

Role Overview

The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized and welcoming office environment, supporting executives and employees with administrative tasks, and ensuring that all office operations run efficiently. This is an on-site role in Barcelona, requiring fluency in English, Spanish, and Russian, as the team primarily consists of relocated professionals from Latvia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of the office and maintain a comfortable working environment.
  • Greet and assist visitors, coordinate meetings, and support office guests.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee facility management, including liaising with building management and service providers.
  • Provide administrative support to the local team and assist with document handling.
  • Organize company events, team activities, and business-related functions.
  • Assist C-level executives and employees with various ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian (spoken and written).
  • Based in Barcelona and available for full-time on-site work.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
